2011 Holiday Ordering Guide:
While you may place an order at any time on the Heelys Shop, office closures due to holidays will affect the shipping and processing times for your order. Please see below for processing times adjusted for the upcoming Holidays:
Thanksgiving:
Heelys will be closed for Thanksgiving from Thursday, November 24th through Sunday, November 27th.
To guarantee your order is processed and shipped before our offices close for the Thanksgiving holiday, you must order by 11:59pm CST on Tuesday, November 22nd. All orders placed between 12:00am CST on Wednesday, November 23rd and 11:59pm CST on Sunday, November 27th will be processed and shipped by end of business day on Tuesday, November 29th. All orders placed beginning on Monday, November 28th at 12:00am CST will resume the normal 4 business day processing time to ship from our warehouse.
Christmas:
Heelys will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th. All orders placed between 12:00am CST on Wednesday, December 21st and 11:59pm on Monday, December 26th will be processed and shipped by end of business day on Wednesday, December 28th. 3rd Day* Order by December 19th, 11:59pm Central

New Years:
Heelys will be closed for the New Year’s holidays from Friday, December 30th through Monday, January 2nd. All orders placed between 12:00am CST on Thursday, December 29th and 11:59pm CST on Monday, January 2nd will be processed and shipped by end of business day on Tuesday, January 3rd.
All orders placed beginning on Tuesday, January 3rd at 12:00am CST will resume the normal 4 business day processing time.
